Fire-bioprotection compound "Stabiterm-MS" is designed for external and deep treatment of wood and wood-based materials for reduction of their fire hazard and protection from bio-damages. The compound provides the 2nd group of fire-protection efficiency. The consumption of the operating compound is 550 g/m2. The compound is dissolved in water well, virtually without deposit. Treatment may be conducted in any way: spraying, soaking, brushing.
Fire-bioprotection compound “Stabiterm-1” represents a mixture of fire-retardants, a surface-active substance and an antiseptic. The compound is designed for external and deep treatment of wood and wood-based materials for reduction of their fire hazard and protection from bio-damages.
Water fire-protection lacquer “Stabiterm-107” is designed for external and deep treatment of wood and wood-based materials, used indoors, with the purpose for reduction of their fire hazard. “Stabiterm-107” is resistant to ageing, meets requirements of fire safety stipulated in NBP 251-98, with consumption of 330g/m2, losses not considered, the lacquer provides 1st group of fire-protection efficiency. The mention consumption is achieved with application of 2-3 layers. It preserves its operation properties during at least 10 years.
Water fire-protection lacquer "Stabiterm-117" is designed for external and deep treatment of wood and wood-based materials, including LDSP, LDVM, LMDF used indoors, with the purpose for reduction of their fire hazard. After application and drying, the layer is even, transparent, semi-matt, UV-resistant. With consumption of 330g/m2, losses not considered, the lacquer provides 1st group of fire-protection efficiency. According to SNiP 21-01-97, it provides G2 V2 D3 RP2 T2 on LDSP, LDVP, LMDF laminated with PVC tape, paper, as well as painted, which allows to apply it on evacuation ways. It preserves its operation properties during at least 10 years.
Fire-protection metal paint "Stabiterm-207" is designed for fire-protection of metallic structures operated in atmospheric conditions (under tent) and indoors. Paint consumption for achievement of fire resistance of 45 minutes with thickness of dry layer of 0.95 mm, is 1.3 kg/m2. Paint consumption for achievement of fire resistance of 90 minutes with thickness of dry layer of 1.8 mm, is 2.5 kg/m2. The paint is supplied ready for application. The opaqueness is sufficient, the grind is not more than 60 mcm. The paint is applied excellently, it does not leak, the layer is even, self-aligning. During application on vertical surfaces, it does not leave runs. Excellent adhesion. High thixotropy. Processed surface is even, smooth. The paint possesses anti-corrosion and fungicidal properties. Total drying time is 24 hours. Full readiness for operation is 72 hours after application of the last layer. The warranty period is 10 years from application, with observation of conduction and utilization of coverage.
