Fire protection coating Stabiterm-215 is a two-component coating consisting of a base (component A) and solidifier (component B).
Depending on the intended method of application, the product is available in 2 modifications:
- Modification 1 — for application with the help of airless high-pressure devices ( such as GRACO) with separate feeding of components;
- Modification 2 — repair kit for manual application.
Application features
Designed for use at oil and gas and chemical facilities, as well as in industrial and civil construction to protect against cellulosic and hydrocarbon fires. Can be used in the open atmosphere and moderately aggressive environments.

Can be used not only for fire protection against cellulosic fires, but also against hydrocarbon fires.
Does not require special expensive application equipment
Can be applied with any spraying equipment with separate feeding of components. Heating of the components is not required.
Coating service life - 25 years
The service life of the fire retardant coating is 25 years indoors and 20 years outdoors.
Ultimate weather resistance
The coating does not require application of topcoats.
Maintenance kit
Also available in a maintenance kit format suitable for manual application.
Can be used in the harshest conditions.

Advantages

Operating principle: based on intumescence of the coating through exposure to extreme heat (+200 ̊C and above) and formation of a heat-insulating layer. - Color — gray.
- Application temperature from 5 ̊C to 40 ̊C.
- Shelf life: 6 months
- The fire retardant composition is delivered in metal cans of 20 kg capacity (component A) and metal cans of 5 kg capacity (component B). The maintenance kit is delivered in metal cans of 4 kg (component A) and metal cans of 1 kg (component B).
