GENERAL INFORMATION AND APPLICATION OF STABITERM 219
Stabiterm-219 weatherproof fire protection coating for steel structures is a complex multicomponent system comprising a suspension of intumescent fillers, various functional additives, and pigments in a water-dispersed film former. The action of the composition is based on the intumescence of the applied coating under the influence of high temperatures and the formation of a porous heat-insulating layer.
Additional features
After complete drying, the coating is weatherproof and resistant to moderately aggressive chemical environments. No finishing coat is required.
Stabiterm-219 fire protection coating is intended to increase the fire resistance of steel structures operating indoors as well as in the open air (at ambient air temperature from -35°C to +50°C) and moderately aggressive environments.

The fire resistance rating is confirmed by the Certificate of Conformity S-RU.PB34.V.01453 dated 10.04.2014. A Quality Certificateis issued for each lot, which confirms the main physical and chemical properties.
