Cementitious fireproofing spray for structural steel at oil and gas and chemical facilities
FIRE PROTECTION OF CABLES WITH POLYVINYLCHLORIDE (PVC), POLYETHYLENE, AND RUBBER SHEATH
STABITERM FIRE PROTECTION COATINGS FOR CABLE SYSTEMS
Stabiterm 225
Stabiterm fire protection coating used to protect cables with PVC, polyethylene, and rubber outer sheath.
When exposed to high temperature and flame, the coating uniformly expands thus forming a dense foamcoke layer, which resists fire and high temperatures and protects the cable surface from burning.
Stabiterm 300
Fire protection fiberglass mesh coated with fireproof coating. In is intended for the protection of cable systems and can be used both individually and in combination with other fire protection coatings.
FIRE PROTECTION VARNISH FOR WOOD
FIRE PROTECTION OF WOOD
Stabiterm 107
Stabiterm-107 varnish is an epoxy-based fire protection coating for wood and wood-based materials. The coating is resistant to mechanical damage and aging.
STABITERM Topcoats AND PRIMERS
Stabiterm 007 topcoat
Protective weatherproof topcoat (paint finish) intended for a weather-resistant layer formation on Stabiterm fire protection coatings. The paint does not affect the fire protection properties of the basic coating. It forms a white, semi-gloss layer on the surface, taking on the weatherproof properties after drying.
Stabiterm 022 primer
For the first priming of products made from ferrous metal and galvanized steel, including galvanized and non-ferrous metals for subsequent painting with other coatings.

KEY ADVANTAGES OF STABITERM FIRE PROTECTION COATINGS
Dynamic viscosity
The coating has a higher viscosity at rest than when it is mixed and pressurized into the sprayer. The coating is applied to the metal surface in a thicker state.
Benefits: capability to apply a thicker layer in one pass.
Uniformly high foamcoke layer
When exposed to high temperatures the fire protection properties of the paint are manifested in the formation of a uniform, dense thermal insulating layer of foamcoke. It protects the steel structure against deformation during a fire. Fire protection coatings Stabiterm, in contrast to the cheaper coatings, has a uniform and high layer of foamcoke.
Benefits: Applying Stabiterm fire protection coating on the steel surface with a thickness of 7 mm, will ensure its fire protection for up to 150 minutes.
High dry solids content — up to 74%
The dry solids content in Stabiterm coatings is up to 99%.
The higher the dry solids content in the coating, the less the composition quantity is necessary to obtain the dry layer of a required thickness.
Benefits: Stabiterm fire protection coating is characterized by one of the highest percentage of dry solids on the market. This ensures both the highest quality of the coating and savings when purchasing any volumes.
Wet layer thickness not less than 1000 µm
Wet Thickness is the layer of paint applied in one pass of the sprayer.
To obtain the thickest possible wet layer we exploit the dixotropy — the ability of the paint to liquefy from mechanical action and thicken at rest.
Benefits: the number of passes of the composition to achieve the required thickness of the coating is reduced. As a result, the cost of fireproofing work is significantly reduced.
High dispersion ability
Описание: The smaller the particle size used in the paint, the more even the surface will be during application, and the more actively these particles will interact to form a flame retardant foamcoke. Coarse paints, on the other hand, clog the machine nozzle and wear it out.
Benefits: the use of highly dispersive paints provides savings on consumables and longevity of the equipment. Stabiterm manufactures only highly dispersive flame retardant paints.
Compatibility
Description: due to the high degree of adhesion to the surface, the coating is compatible with different types of primers and finishing paints, such as Jotun, Hempel, GF-021, and others.
Benefits: the capability to use components from several suppliers, more flexibility in budget planning
